Dame Flora Duffy won the gold medal at the 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games, becoming the first triathlete to retain a Commonwealth title.
Dame Flora’s second victory came on July 29 at Sutton Park, a National Nature Reserve six miles north of Birmingham, earning her that honourable distinction and strengthening her cause after being nominated for the Commonwealth Games GOAT [Greatest of All Time] award.
