Advisory: Green & Blue Ferry Routes Suspended
The Green and Blue ferry routes are suspended due to the current inclement weather, the Ministry has advised.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Marine and Ports Services has suspended the Green and Blue ferry routes due to the current inclement weather. Service will resume when conditions improve.
“A notice will be issued once service resumes, and passengers can contact the Ferry Terminal at 295-4506 for updates.”
The Bermuda Weather Service issued a Gale Warning valid for this morning through this evening and their forecast for today said, “winds northeasterly strong gusts to gale force, veering east-northeasterly by afternoon, possibly increasing strong to gale force with gusts to gale force at times.”
“The Green and Blue ferry routes are suspended due to the current inclement weather, the Ministry has advised.”
