Trio Compete For UMBC At Navy Invitational
Za’Kayza Parsons, Keturah Bulford-Trott, and Caitlyn Bobb represented the University of Maryland, Baltimore County [UMBC] during the Navy Invitational at the Wesley A. Brown Fieldhouse in Maryland.
In the women’s 60 meter dash, Parsons finished 6th clocking a time of 7.88. Bulford-Trott clocked a time of 26.32 finishing 10th in the women’s 200 meter dash. Competing in the women’s long jump Parsons finished 12th with a top leap of 5.28m.
Bobb clocked a Navy record time of 54.78 on her way to winning the women’s 400 meter dash.
The UMBC’s women’s 4×400 meter relay team had two Bermudians in action, with Bobb running the third leg while Bulford-Trott ran the anchor leg as they finished third with a time of 3:56.75.
