Field Hockey: Pink Robins Defeat The Budgies
The Pink Robins defeated the Budgies 7 – 0 in the lone Bermuda Field Hockey Federation’s League match at the National Sports Center.
The Pink Robins took the lead in the 6th minute when Jennifer Hamilton scored a field goal, the lead was doubled seven minutes later when Erica Frith scored a field goal. It would be 3 – 0 one minute before the break when Hamilton scored her second field goal of the game.
Asha Trott would make it 4 – 0 to the Pink Robins in the 42nd minute, Frith scored her second field goal of the game in the 50th minute, six minutes later it was 6 – 0 when Mallory Towlson scored a field goal, and then Hamilton completed her hat-trick in the 57th minute.
