Plans For ‘Branded Condo Hotel’ Submitted
A planning application for a condo hotel located at ’66 South Road, Warwick’ has been submitted.
The planning application said, “Branded Condo Hotel and Retail Development including: 56 unit residential hotel with hotel guest facilities including restaurant, health club, pickleball/tennis courts, function rooms, main and plunge pool, events lawn, beach bar and beach shower and changing pavilion, hotel parking, 35,000 sqft. multi product retail outlet with Pharmacy and sundries, Food and Liquor, casual café/restaurant space, retail parking.”
That part of the coastline is already a 3 star area, at that, so a seedy motel and strip mall can’t be much worse. At least it is away from Southlands.
‘Condo Hotel’? Sounds like another residential block to me. Like we need another one of those.
Sounds to me like an explanation may be required. If any readers might consider learning about what a condo hotel is or know that they may wish to purchase one, I’ve specialized in the sale of condo hotels since 2002, and I’m always happy to discuss.
They should name it 30-6 or 1 Jet Gate OBA.

I would expect that the government will give many concessions and tax breaks etc which would qualify as more taxpayers money down the drain .
