This anti social behaviour needs to be a priority for the Government Opposition community and church leaders.
This scourge has spiraled for too long to where it is commonplace and people are desensitised.
How many more young black males must suffer beatings that alter their mental or physical state as well as death before real change occurs? Does anyone care any more or is it just those people?

@Lion Paw, I’m sorry but I don’t know what you are expecting from the people you listed. The people who need to do something about it are these children’s PARENTS….
Parents are too busy being friends with their kids as opposed to parenting them which includes the rod of correction. This in my opinion is where the problem lies… Yes I have a child and trust and believe I made sure the teachers or whomever at the schools she attended knew I meant business with her and if they had any issues with her they were to contact me immediately… Yup, I had to show up to school for her on 2 occasions and she knew it was about to be a problem with her and I.
Parents do you parental duties and society wouldn’t have to be seeking the help from Government, Churches and community leaders…
If your can’t raise them don’t have them…. Jus Sayin

      Not all children have parents.
      Careful to judge.

The previous poster is suggesting that they may be in the foster system, or a situation like that. To avoid the typical generalization that happens in these comment sections.

The commenter Pure Madness isn’t incorrect on raising children, but in this case (and others) the horse has already bolted and society has to deal with it.

It takes a village. Unfortunately, Bermuda is now a village divided.
