The latest action in the Bermuda Ball Hockey Winter league took place at the PCC Hockey Rink, with 14 goals scored.
BDA Spirits 3 Spine and Sport 4
In the opener Spine and Sport edged BDA Spirits 4 – 3. After a scoreless first period, Bill McClure gave Spine and Sport the lead, but Brandon Willett equalized for BDA Spirits as the teams went into the final period with the score locked at 1 – 1.
Willett put the BDA Spirits ahead 2 – 1 early in the third period, but Carl Vincent, Kris Abramowski, and McClure all found the net to put Spine ad Sports ahead 4 – 2, Richard Campbell pulled a goal back for BDA Spirits, but it was not enough for the comeback.
Frontier 5 Hamilton Princess 2
In the nightcap, Frontier defeated the Hamilton Princess 5 – 2. Frontier jumped out to a 2 – 0 first period lead with goals off the sticks of John Dudda, and Nathan Kowalski.
Frontier doubled their lead in the second period with 2 goals from Ross Rufiange. The third period saw Tom Duggan score for Frontier, while Hamilton Princess got two goals from Michael Travis.
