Videos: Gombey Troupes Join For ‘Unity Link Up’
[Updating] The Gombeys are out this evening [March 4] with all the troupes joining together for the ‘Gombey Unity Link Up,’ and they are making their way through the City of Hamilton. The troupes normally come out individually and all of them joining together for this Unity night has resulted in a large crowd, and Bernews is following along and will post videos as able, with our full coverage to be posted tomorrow.

Update | Third video, when the Gombeys lined up, there were so many of them that they lined up on both sides of the street as all of Bermuda’s troupes come together in the spirit of ‘Gombey Unity’
It was an outstanding night and should happen 2 or 3 times a year.
Divine energy vibe and a good workout that night good stuff. if everyone one on the island did this we wont be worrying about Heath care because we would all be healthy we would be fit like those African communities where they do this stuff on a regular i see them on youtube it is massing to see so many physically fit bodies in one place as far as the eye can see
Interesting.. i am just noticing in that 2nd video that the whistles sound just like the tree frogs and crickets you hear at the night
