White Competes In Walmart Joe Martin Race

Conor White competed in the Walmart Joe Martin Stage Race which had its largest overall professional field and the largest women’s field in the 46-year history of the race.

In the Men Elite Stage One Road Race — which covered a distance of 146.2 km — White finished 32nd with a time of 3:16:30.

Stage Two was a 143.9km Road Race, with White  finishing 13th clocking 3:23:42.

The Third Stage was the Devil’s Den State Park Time Trial over a 4.2km distance, which saw White finish 23rd clocking a time of 9:49.

The Fourth and Final Stage saw White enter the day in 16th place 2 minutes and 30 seconds behind the overall leader, however during the Fayetteville Crit over a distance of 62.8km, White crashed on a turn which also saw several others crash on the same corner.

White said, “Other than crashing out, the racing went really good, I’m okay, nothing broken just some road rash.”
