Carey Olsen Announces 13 Senior Promotions
Carey Olsen announced the promotion of 13 lawyers across the group including Bermuda’s Honor Desmond-Tetlow.
A spokesperson said, “Carey Olsen is pleased to announce the promotion of 13 lawyers across the firm’s Bermuda, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, London and Singapore offices, with effect from 1 July 2023.
“Those promoted to counsel are:
- Bermuda: Honor Desmond-Tetlow [dispute resolution and litigation]
- Guernsey: Elliot Aron, Robin Gist [both dispute resolution and litigation]
- Hong Kong: Kimberley Leng [dispute resolution and litigation]
- Jersey: Tarina Le Boutillier [trusts and private wealth], Katherine Tresca [corporate]
- London: Bryony Bird [corporate]
- Singapore: Amelia Tan [dispute resolution and litigation]

“The announcement of the senior promotions follows the recent news that Carey Olsen has also welcomed Simon Hall [litigation, BVI], Patricia Montgomery [trusts and private wealth, Guernsey], Claire Le Quesne [corporate, Jersey] and Will Whitehead [property, Jersey] to the partnership – bringing the total number of partners across the group to 74.”
