Held on a short and fast circuit that takes in the historic cobbled High Street, a sweeping descent of North Street and back up the paved Market Street, Flannery crossed the line 42nd clocking a time of 1:05:48, finishing 1:09 behind the winner Ben Chilton who clocked 1:04:39.
