[Updated] The Powerade 5K race is being held this morning [July 2], with the running and walking event starting and finishing at Butterfield & Vallis, Orange Valley in Devonshire. We will have a photo gallery later on, and in the meantime the live video is below.

Update | Written by Stephen Wright | Kahzi Sealey lived up to his billing as the pre-race favourite after powering to victory in the Powerade 5K run today [July 2].

Sealey, who claimed two silver medals at the Carifta Games in the Bahamas in April, finished in 16min 54sec. His Bermuda team-mate Kallan Richardson came second in 17:03, with Domico Watson placing third in 18:03.

Gabriella Cechini was the first female in 21:09. In the competitive walk, Paul Hayward finished first in 34:11, Chefton Hall came second in 36:10 and Laura Wright placed third in 36:30. Sharon Craig was the first finisher in the non-competitive run/walk in 31:57.
