Apparently windscreen tint laws are enforced but speed and traffic light and traffic sign laws are not!

I cannot believe the police are still using that old illegal trick on an unsuspecting public. Did thE police have a measuring device to measure the tint? Secondly, even if they smelled cannabis, it did not establish that he had drugs. As for the grader once again that does not establish anything. I find it interesting that police are allowed to have pepper spray and the public of which the police are ‘PUBLIC SERVANTS’ CANNOT.
