Ministry: 53 Bus Runs Cancelled On Tuesday
[Updated] The Ministry released the list of bus cancellations for this morning [Aug 8] with the list indicating that there are seventeen bus runs cancelled so far today.

Update 4.10pm: The Ministry has released the list of bus cancellations for this afternoon. There were 17 runs cancelled this morning, 36 cancelled this afternoon, for a total of 53 cancelled today.

OK, what is really going on here? How many EV buses are available now? Are there enough chargers for them? Oh, they had to be ordered separately and had to be installed? Did all of the diesel buses suddenly get terminal mechanical issues? Nobody wants to drive the old buses anymore? The paper pushers in the offices simply don’t have a clue of what to do?
Where the heck is the Minister responsible in all of this?
Meanwhile the public that need the buses are standing in the rain by the side of the road. Taxis won’t pick them up if they are sopping wet.
