Daniel Phillips Continues In Battle In The Bay
Daniel Phillips was back in action competing in the Battle in the Bay Classic while representing Arizona State University.
Phillips took on Carlos Ramos from Saint Mary’s College/CA in his qualifier round of 16 match.
For the second time, Phillips played in a three-set battle, however, eventually falling to Ramos.
Ramos won the first set 7-6, but Phillips won the second set 6-3. Phillips then fell in the third set tie-breaker 6-3.
