Elijah Daley Breaks Another Swimming Record

Elijah Daley was back in action competing in the Age Group International Short Course Canadian Championships, hosted by the Etobicoke Swim Club in Canada.

On the second day of action, Daley set four personal best times, won one medal, and also broke one Bermuda record.

Daley finished 7th in the 100m freestyle preliminaries to advance to the A final, where he finished 6th with a personal best time of 52.05.

Daley then broke the Bermuda 17-18 boy’s 50m breaststroke record which was set by Sam Williamson on October 16th, 2022 when he touched the wall in a personal best of 28.82 during the final to capture the silver medal.

During the 100m butterfly A final Daley recorded a personal best time of 54.32, and then clocked a personal best time of 23.47 in the 50m freestyle
