Multiple Vehicle Collision On Trimingham Road

[Updated] Motorists are being advised to expect delays on Trimingham Road in Paget due to a multiple vehicle collision this afternoon [Nov 3].

The Bermuda Police Service said, “Reported multiple vehicle collision on Trimingham Road, Paget. Currently, details are limited. Motorists travelling in the area should expect delays. Traffic travelling west is diverted along Harbour Road. Traffic travelling east is diverted along South Road.”

Update 6.27pm: A police spokesperson said, “Shortly before 4:00 p.m. today, Friday, October 3rd, 2023, police were dispatched to a multi vehicle collision on Trimmingham Road, near the junction with South Road in Paget.

“Upon arrival, officers confirmed there were four vehicles involved, three motorcars and a truck.

“The male driver of one of the cars complained of chest and neck pains. He was transported to King Edward Hospital for medical assessment.

“His condition is not believed to be serious.

“As a result of the collision, the roadway was closed with traffic headed west diverted onto Harbour Road. All other traffic was diverted along South Shore Road.

“However, normal traffic flow was restored around 5:20 p.m.

“Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident, to please contact Police Constable, Walter Jackson on 717-0469 or, via email, wjackson@bps.bm.”
