Employer’s Annual Report Of Accidents Form
The Occupational Safety and Health Office is “reminding all employers that the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 2009 require every employer to submit an annual report of the number of accidents, dangerous occurrences and injuries that occurred at the workplace during the calendar year, January to December.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The Employer’s Annual Report of Accidents, Occupational Illnesses & Dangerous Occurrence [OSHR 30] form must reach the Occupational Safety and Health office at osho@gov.bm no later than March 1, 2024. This data helps determine areas of highest risk in local businesses, enabling targeted inspections and education activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
“The form is online at https://www.gov.bm/occupational-safety-and-health, and must be completed fully, even if no incidents have occurred, by placing a zero in the appropriate boxes.”
