Bermuda Junior Triathletes Compete In Florida

Bermuda’s Junior Triathletes competed in the prestigious Clermont Draft Legal Triathlon in Lake Louisa State Park, Florida.

In the National Development Race [NTDR] Men’s Saturday Division, Jamie Bedford finished 34th clocking a time of 1:02:09, Ollie Hayward was 54th stopping the clock in 1:06:04.

Competing in the youth Saturday Division, Gianluca Bortoli finished 7th clocking a time of 35:04, Sanchez Smith was 8th clocking 35:12, Jens Drea crossed the line in 11th place with a time of 35:23, Dylan Eiselt was 13th overall clocking a time of 35:39.

Jacob Wright was the 24th competitor to cross the line in a time of 36:53, Rohan Roopra finished 29th touching the wall in a time of 37:27. In the same Division, Dominic Wright was 31st clocking 37:41, Jasper Lau was 32nd overall clocking a time of 37:47, and Ella Shepard was 39th clocking 39:08.

Lucas Bule was the 54th competitor to cross the line clocking 40:33, Makao Butterfield recorded a time of 40:38 finishing 56th, while Sofia Leclerc finished 59th clocking a time of 41:00.

Kelise Wade crossed the line in a time of 42:01 finishing 64th, Riana Robinson was 66th with a time of Zara Bule was 67th clocking a time of 42:32.

Crossing the line in 71st place was Spencer Haldeman clocking a time of 43:07, Isla Cooze was 77th with a time of 45:12, while Jacob Leclerc was 80th stopping the clock in a time of 47:30, and Elena Bortoli finished 82nd clocking a time of 50:30. Unfortunately Rory Shepard was disqualified.
