Triathletes Compete In Americas Championships
Tyler Smith, Nicholas Pilgrim, Jackson Langley, and Oliver Hayward participated in the 2024 Americas Triathlon Championships in Miami.
Tyler Smith took part in the Men’s Elite category and secured a 10th place finish with a time of 1:46:36. His performance included a 19:07 swim, a 53:22 bike leg, and a 32:50 run.
Nicholas Pilgrim competed in the Under 23 men’s category, finishing 15th with an overall time of 2:00:30. His breakdown was 19:06 for the swim, 54:46 on the bike, and 45:30 for the run.
In the junior men’s category, Jackson Langley and Oliver Hayward finished 48th and 49th, respectively. Langley completed the course in 59:43, with split times of 11:15 for the swim, 26:46 on the bike, and 20:35 for the run. Hayward finished with a total time of 59:57, having swum for 11:17, biked for 26:46, and ran for 25:35.
