BAC Group Becomes Signature Learning Partner

The Ministry of Education announced that BAC Group has officially become the ninth Signature Learning Partner for Bermuda’s Public School System.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry and BAC formalised the partnership in May, marking an important step in enhancing Bermuda students’ educational opportunities.

“BAC Group joins Cambridge Beaches Spa and Paradise Mobile to support students enrolled in Financial & Insurance Services, STEM, and Trades & Professions Signature Learning Programmes. The Group will focus on students specialising in Business Administration & Management, Engineering, and Electrical.

“Key highlights of the partnership and BAC Group’s commitment include:

  • Providing hands-on experience and training in trades, electrical, and mechanical engineering
  • Offering mentorship from industry experts
  • Designing and delivering real-world projects in collaboration with educators
  • Providing semester-long internships for final-year Senior School students

Minister of Education Diallo Rabain stated, “I am pleased to welcome BAC Group as a Signature Learning Partner. As a new Signature Learning Partner, the BAC Group will support The Berkeley Institute with the Financial and Insurance Services Signature Learning Programme and support CedarBridge Academy with the Engineering Strand in the STEM Signature Learning Programme and the Automotive Technology and Electrical Strands in the Trades and Professions Signature Learning Programme. Industry collaboration is a major step in providing Bermuda’s students with hands-on training, mentorship, and clear pathways to early-career employment. BAC Group’s commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry is commendable. I look forward to seeing this partnership’s positive impact on our young people’s futures.”
