BFRS Partners With KBB For Clean Up
The Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service [BFRS] recently joined forces with the Keep Bermuda Beautiful [KBB] charity to clean up Whalebone Bay in Ferry Reach, St. George’s.
A Government spokesperson said, “The cleanup took place on Friday, 30 August 2024, and was led by Chief Fire Officer Dana Lovell alongside KBB’s Executive Director, Angel Smith.
“A total of 15 volunteers participated in the initiative, collecting nine garbage bags, two recycle bags, and various bulk items.
“This collaboration highlights the BFRS’s commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship.”
