Kemilah Swan Joins Trott & Duncan
Trott & Duncan has welcomed Ms. Kemilah Swan as an Associate in their Property and Estates Department.

“Before joining Trott & Duncan, Ms. Swan served as an Attorney at the Land Title Registration Office [LTRO] in Bermuda, where she showcased her adeptness in handling complex land title registrations, resolving cases of lost title deeds, and settling boundary disputes. Her positive contributions did not go unnoticed, earning her a secondment in London with the Bi-borough shared legal service between The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council. Here, she further honed her skills, acting on behalf of property developers and participating in significant acquisitions and leasing ventures.
“In her new role at T&D, Ms. Swan will focus on the acquisitions of commercial and residential properties, advising local financial institutions, and managing a broad spectrum of property and estate planning affairs.
