Ministry Announces New Flu Express Dates
The Ministry of Health has set Flu Express dates for October 19, 22, and 23, offering free shots for seniors and $20 for others.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Health announces new Flu Express dates. The Hamilton Health Centre is on Saturday, October 19th, from 10 am—2 pm [for seniors 65 and older]; October 22nd, Boaz Island Community Field; and October 23rd, Pennos Wharf St. Georges.
“The seasonal influenza [flu] vaccine is available for priority groups through their doctor or the Flu Express. The Flu Express is for persons 12 years and older. Children under 12 should attend their usual doctor’s office for vaccination.
“The cost is $20.00 per shot for adults and children – cash only or pay online. Seniors [65 and older] are free. Please have the correct amount of cash ready during your attendance at the “Flu Express” if you do not pay online. [Credit/Debit card facilities will not be available at the “Flu Express” sites].”
“Our Flu Express service, which primarily serves seniors, was delayed due to a shortage of vaccine supply specifically for those aged 65 and older,” said Minister of Health, Kim Wilson. “I’m pleased to announce that we now have sufficient vaccines for our seniors, and we can resume offering this important service. I strongly encourage everyone to get the flu vaccine, to protect themselves and help safeguard your family, friends, and the entire community.”
The Government spokesperson said, “The public can fill out the consent form and pay online for the flu vaccine to minimise paperwork on arrival and reduce wait times by visiting https://forms.gov.bm/Influenza-Vaccine-Consent. An email will be sent to you and is required to be shown when you arrive for vaccination. If you cannot complete the consent form online, you can do so at the Flu Express location.
“Flu injections will only be offered at the “Flu Express” on the specified dates to individuals in good health without active infections.
“You will not be given the injection if:
- You have allergies to eggs, chicken products, or any component of the vaccine
- You have had a reaction to the flu shot before
- You have a fever or are unwell
- You have had a seizure within the year
“Please dress comfortably to allow the nurse easy access to the injection site in the upper arm.

Oh, goodie. Another “vaccine.” But this time, look at all of the disclaimers:
“You will not be given the injection if:
You have allergies to eggs, chicken products, or any component of the vaccine
You have had a reaction to the flu shot before
You have a fever or are unwell
You have had a seizure within the year
I wonder why there is never any mention of the UK Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, or any fund to compensate us for “vaccine” related damages? Crickets when we had to take the UK provided covid “vaccine.”
“I wonder why there is never any mention of the UK Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme”
Probably because it does not apply in Bermuda.
Not according to the former Chief Medical Officer and others in the Ministry of Health! And yes, I have the emails to prove it. Given your fingers are on the pulse of our Government, I am surprised you were unaware of the Memorandum.
However, releasing the Memorandum that contains the specifics on who will pay damages will eventually end up in court. You see, it is a national security and inter-government relations issue, just like the Government not complying with the PATI request on the hacking of the Government (and other) systems.
But the Government is here to help the people, and we must trust our Government.
