October School Break Football Camps
The Warwick Football Academy will be hosting football camps during the October school break, from October 21 to October 25.
A spokesperson said, “Warwick Football Academy is hosting October school break football camps featuring Coerver Coaching [U7-U13] & International Development Academy [Elite Players U14-U17] to run the week of October 21-25. These camps will feature coaches from our partner programs coming to lead delivery of the coaching instruction.
“Both are a 1/2 day camp, as our focus is on a quality experience for your child to maximize the benefits of the training program. Full day camps are physically taxing on the player on a daily basis and over the course of the week. When fatigue sets in the quality of the training and focus to the instructional detail begins to decrease. By delivering a 1/2-day camp experience, the quality level of the individual’s participation remains at a higher level and the player’s focus on & retention of the instructional points is increased.
“We understand that some families require a full day camp option for parents with work commitments, and as such we have arranged options for supervised activities during the morning and afternoon for the Coerver Coaching Camp for those who require. We have a schedule of activities for each ½ day they will not be engaged in the football camp programming. The drop off time is 9:00 am and collection at 4:00 pm for those electing to participate in the extended activities. Details are in the attached pdfs and camp posters.

“Registration for both camps is online, https://forms.gle/ZEZ27iYqB2oZBFdg6 and payment is via online transfer to the Warwick Academy account noted on the registration link. There will be a limited registration for each of the age groups to ensure we can manage the quality of the camp experience, and registration will close once the quota is met.
“The cost for each camp is $225 for the week.
