HSBC St. George’s Closed Due To Flooding

HSBC Bank Bermuda’s St. George’s branch is temporarily closed today [Oct 24] due to “flooding on the premises.”

A spokesperson said, “Due to the weather the island has experienced over the last 24 hours, the HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited’s St. George’s branch will be closed today as a result of flooding on the premises.”

Head of Wealth and Personal Banking and Marketing, Tanya Bule shared: “We anticipate that the branch will need to be closed for one day to ensure that the premises are fit for our employees and customers.

“In the interim, we apologize to our customers for any inconvenience this may cause and remind them that alternative banking services will still be available as follows:

  • “Mobile Banking App via the AppStore or via Google play
  • “Internet Banking – visit www.hsbc.bm
