Some of the island’s top riders competed in the Bermuda Motocross Association’s Memorial Day Trophy Race at Southside Motocross Track today [Nov 11], with a lap of honour and minute’s silence held in memory of those who contributed to the sport. We will update with the results as able.
Update: In the Expert class, Allan DeGraff claimed the overall honours, winning all three races, with Zico Majors finishing runner-up overall and Zano Tucker coming third.
Cassidy Spencer-Furbert completed a clean sweep of races in the 50cc class, with Malakai Dill finishing second overall and Ade Stovell coming third.
In the Ladies 85cc, Nyla Goodchild won all three of her races; meanwhile, in the Men’s 85cc, A’jahni Foggo claimed top honours with three wins, with Azai Burt finishing runner-up overall and Jazai Easton-Thompson rounding out the podium.
Tinho Tucker Wall took the overall title in the Men’s 65cc class, with Kody Paul second overall and Cassidy Spencer-Furbert third.
In the PeeWee class, A’kyo Cannonier claimed the overall win, with Tiano Tucker-Wall second and Ace Moniz third.
Aiden Simmons enjoyed a trio of wins in the Novice class to take the overall title, with A’Jahni Foggo second and Deige Paynter third.
Meanwhile, in the Over-30 class, Lorenzo Burch claimed the overall title with three wins, Ronald Trott finished second and Anwar Muhammad rounded out the podium.
