Muryah Swan Set For Kickboxing Contest
Muryah Swan will face American Sarah Peterson in an adult Sanda kickboxing bout on the Fight Night undercard at The Shed in Dockyard on February 15.
Swan represents the Bermuda Sanshou Association [BSA], while Peterson trains at the Kaniwa Dojo in Amarillo, Texas, under coach Albert Treto.
The amateur undercard will feature several junior Sanda kickboxing bouts between fighters from the BSA and the Kaniwa Dojo.
Geraldine Sidders, of the BSA, takes on Keira Woolley; Tristan Robinson, of the BSA, fights Jace Gaddy, and Michael Tristan Burgess, of the BSA, meets Derek Wheeler.
On the professional boxing card, Andre Lambe [10-0-0] faces Mexico’s Francisco Martinez [12-9-0] in a welterweight contest; meanwhile, Saundre Simmons [5-0-0] takes on Mexican Alexandra Perez in a light heavyweight bout.
