Bryce Montgomery Helps Bison Earn Shutout
Bryce Montgomery helped the Bloomington Bison earn a shutout win after defeating the Atlanta Gladiators 5-0 away in the ECHL yesterday [January 31].
Montgomery has been assigned to the Bison by National Hockey League [NHL] team the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Bison, founded last year, are making their debut in the ECHL this season.
Montgomery, a 6ft 5in 231-pound defenceman, was drafted by the Hurricanes in the sixth round NHL Entry Draft in 2021.
