  1. Nothing to brag about and why says:

You lose the public. Are you guys sensitive to the public? Your victory party is over. Be modest. No need to blow your trumpet. We heard it loud and clear. You obviously got it fixed. During the election it was money, money, money.

  2. Guy Carri says:

Quick to highlight 2nd highest number of seats ever.
Silent on lowest voter turnout ever.
Silent on lowest majority ever won in an election.
Silent on more than half votes cast were NON PLP votes.

The largest majority did not want the PLP.
Nor did the want any other single entity.
    The people are not happy.

    • Joe Bloggs says:

The PLP won 25 seat and the ubp/oba won 11. How many times will you realize that Bda doesn’t want a ubpoba government? Next election you will state the same bs even when you lose.

  3. Triangle Drifter says:

Nobody has anything to crow about in this election. The voters who abstained made the most noise.

  4. Roger says:

You know it will be Heyward, the guy who can barely speak. If Burt is true to his word and stands down, then we could be left with this guy running our country. Surely we have better?

    • That's not true says:

It is what we call an outright lie. He speaks very well . You are a dribbler and can’t even tell a joke. Folks fall asleep. You are wrong. Jason is a better speaker than 52 Commissiong and many others.

  5. Pure Madness!!! says:

    PLP needs a new party leader….. I said what I said…..

    • Ah says:

Jesus in his 32 years after turning water into wine;raising the dead; healing the sick Jesus was asked by the Bermudians, are you really the son of God? We need a leader. Jesus said after all I’ve done you still don’t believe. And the Bermudians said look at our roads, look at the crime and the high cost of food. Jesus wept.

  6. Bob Todd says:

Despite the many failings of the PLP the opposition failed massively. That’s the real takeaway from this election.

    • Joe Bloggs says:

But why did the opposition fail? Let’s look at the reasons for the result, not merely the result.
