Govt Statement On Sandys Teacher Sickout
The Ministry of Education said they are “actively working with the Board of Governors of Sandys Secondary Middle School to resolve the issues that have led to a teacher sickout today.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The well-being and continued education of our students remain our highest priority.
“Efforts are being made to ensure a swift resolution to the matter and to restore normal teaching activities as quickly as possible.”
The Acting Minister of Education, Hon. Crystal Caesar said: “We appreciate the patience and understanding of parents and students during this time and commit to keeping all stakeholders informed as further developments occur.”
