IGI Declares Extraordinary & Regular Dividends
International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. [IGI] announced that its Board of Directors has declared an extraordinary cash dividend of $0.85 per common share for the period October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, in addition to the Company’s regular quarterly common share dividend of $0.025 per share.
The extraordinary dividend plus the regular quarterly dividend, totaling $0.875, is payable on April 22, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 4, 2025.
