Run 4 Her Fundraising Relay Race On March 30
Women in Reinsurance [WiRe] and the Women’s Resource Centre [WRC] invite the public to a fundraising relay race on Sunday, March 30, at the Waterfront Properties Courtyard.
A spokesperson said, “Women in Reinsurance [WiRe] Bermuda and the Women’s Resource Centre [WRC] invite and encourage the public to join us for a fundraising relay race event, taking place on Sunday March 30th, at the Waterfront Properties Courtyard [90 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke HM08].
“Grab your friends, family, and colleagues to race for a cause [men welcomed too!]. Battle it out in a running team of four over 12km [4 people x 3 km each] or partner up in a walking team of two over 6km [2 people x 3 km each].
“All race sign-up fees will be donated to support the work of the Women’s Resource Centre.
“Operating as a registered charity [#267] in Bermuda, the Women’s Resource Centre is devoted to providing women with the necessary support and resources to thrive and achieve a healthy, joyful and successful life. For over three decades they been a steadfast ally for women, supporting their journey, empowering them in transition and providing them with the tools, resources, and community support they need to navigate life successfully.
“Refreshments and post-race snacks will be provided, as well as prizes awarded to the fastest teams! Join us to have fun, make a difference, and show support to Women in need in our community.
