David Bascome’s Blast Defeated By Sockers
David Bascome’s Baltimore Blast were defeated 11-3 away to the San Diego Sockers in the Major Arena Soccer League play-offs on Sunday [April 6].
Baltimore, who finished third in the standings, won 16 matches and lost eight, including an overtime shootout, this season.
Bascome, a former North Village and Bermuda winger, was appointed as the Blast head coach in 2020, having previously served as the team’s assistant coach.
