Nikki Bascome To Fight In Atlantic City
Nikki Bascome is set to fight on the biggest stage of his professional boxing career when he faces American Tahmir Smalls in a welterweight bout in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Saturday [April 12].
The contest will feature on the undercard of a welterweight unification fight between unbeaten pair Jaron Ennis, the IBF champion, and Eimantas Stanionis, who holds the WBA crown.
Bascome [13-1] defeated Rashad Kilpatrick at The Shed in Dockyard in his previous outing in May last year.
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old Smalls [13-0] beat Luis Alberto Veron, of Argentina, via technical knockout in February.
The bout will be streamed via the DAZN platform.
