Sailing: 2025 Comet Class Season Kicks Off
The 2025 comet class sailing season commenced in St. George’s Harbour with the Allan Frith Regatta. Maxwell Curtis and Wesley Tucker, the reigning 2024 fleet and winter series champions, began the season with a strong performance.
Curtis and Tucker secured victory in the regatta by winning three of the four races. Their consistent performance resulted in a low score of 3 points.
Stephen Dickinson and Heath Foggo finished second overall with 6 points. They won the opening race of the day and the season.
Alan Frith and Sarah Frith finished third in the competition with a total of 7 points.
