BMHF 3rd Annual 5K Walk And Wellness Fair
The Bermuda Mental Health Foundation [BMHF], powered by CG Insurance and Zest Wellness, is hosting its 3rd Annual Steps to Mental Wellness 5K Walk and first-ever Wellness Fair on October 11, at the Botanical Gardens.
A spokesperson said, “This annual event is a celebration of community, health, and hope, bringing together individuals, families, companies, and organizations to take meaningful steps toward mental wellness.
“Registration Fees:
- Adults: $35.00
- Students: $15.00
“Registration includes participation in the walk, an event T-shirt, and the opportunity to support BMHF’s Communal Housing Program for individuals living independently within our community while managing mental health challenges.

“Fundraising Challenges: This year, BMHF introduces four exciting signature fundraising challenges to foster friendly competition and greater impact:
- “Employer Fundraising Challenge – for companies, government agencies, and healthcare providers.

- “Families Challenge – families walking together for a stronger Bermuda.
- “Friend Groups Challenge – friends uniting for mental health awareness.
“Trophies and special recognitions will be awarded to the top performers in each category.
“Sponsorship Opportunities: Sponsorship packages are available, offering premium brand visibility and community engagement. Organizations are encouraged to partner with BMHF to support a vital cause and demonstrate their commitment to mental wellness.
