Sienna Mosquera Finishes Fifth In Florida
Sienna Mosquera finished tied for fifth at the recent LPGA Junior Open at the LPGA International Golf Club in Daytona, Florida.
Mosquera, competing in the 14-18 girls’ division, carded a seven-over par total of 223 shots in the 54-hole event, which is part of the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour.
She was consistent throughout the three rounds, with scores of 75, 75 and 73.
“It was a great weekend competing and having fun!” Mosquera wrote on social media.
“I was really happy to have my family there and coaches supporting me.”
Mosquera trains at the Mike Bender Elite Junior Golf Academy in Orlando, Florida.
She is set to represent Bermuda at the Island Games in Orkney this summer, before beginning her collegiate golf career at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
