Premier Celebrates Outstanding Teen Awards
Premier David Burt recognized Bermuda’s youth at the 39th Annual Outstanding Teen Awards, congratulating winner Esi Naylor and celebrating the achievements of all nominees.
Premier Burt said, “My wife and I attended the 39th Annual Outstanding Teen Awards, hosted by Teen Services.
“Congratulations to Esi Naylor of Warwick Academy, named this year’s Outstanding Overall Teen.
“Recognition also goes to the outstanding teens across all categories, those who were nominated and those who won an award. A big thanks to Teen Services for the amazing work that they continue to do.
“Sometimes in this world and on our island we are surrounded by negativity. But these awards and the achievements of these young men and women in this country, some of whom I met during the Budget presentation and others during my time as Premier, let us know that our future is bright. Let us continue to uplift our young people.”
