Kaden Hopkins Impresses In Guadeloupe
Cyclist Kaden Hopkins has finished eleventh at the Coupe Frédéric Jalton – a three-stage race in Guadeloupe.
Representing Uni Sport Lamentinois, Hopkins clocked a combined time of 9hr 6min 21sec.
He finished 16:39 behind the overall winner, France’s Urcel Adrien, who took the yellow jersey in 8:49:42.
In stage one, Hopkins covered 121.8-kilometres in 2:59:26, placing fourth.
Part one of stage two saw Hopkins finish sixth, stopping the clock in 2:08 seconds, while in part two, a 99.8km race, he finished in 2:45:51, finishing 24th.
In the third stage, Hopkins placed second, covering the 137km distance in 3:18:56 seconds.
