Scott Barnes Races In Endurance Race
Scott Barnes raced in the Six-Hour Endurance Race at the Orlando Indoor Karting Centre in Orlando, Florida, at the weekend.
The island’s top driver competed alongside three Americans in a four-man team called, Team Mullet, finishing fourth in the race.
“Fourth place is all we had today,” Barnes said. “Not because we got beat on track, just had the worst luck!
“Clutch broke in the third stint while in the lead, back hub broke with two hours to go, and wheel came off.
“We still kept fighting and made it back and were about to make the pass to get back to third with no pit stops left and the chain broke.
“It was a super fun six-hour race though.”
