Ministry Of Health Free Gardening Workshop
The Ministry of Health invites residents to sign up for the annual Grow, Eat, $ave Gardening Workshop, a free, nine-week program designed to help you grow your own food, eat healthier, and save money.
A Government spokesperson said, “From preparing your soil and planting your first seedlings, to learning natural pest remedies, composting, and even hearing from international experts, participants will gain the tools and confidence to create a thriving home garden. The program runs Thursday evenings from September 11 to November 13, 2025, led by Chaplain Kevin Santucci and guest instructors.”
“The Grow, Eat, $ave workshop is about more than gardening, it’s about empowering families to take control of their health and food security,” said Kim Wilson, JP, MP the Minister of Health. “By learning these skills, participants can enjoy fresh, nutritious produce while saving money.”
A Government spokesperson added, “Spaces are limited, and participants must commit to all sessions starting from September 18 – November 13. A small fee may apply for some practical gardening activities.
