Pink Sand Consultants Supports Young Travellers
Crystal Dill recently established Pink Sand Consultants to “fill a gap in professional, dependable support services tailored for children, young people, and young adults travelling between Bermuda and the United Kingdom.”
A spokesperson said, “We appreciate that not all individuals can navigate international travel independently, especially since British Airways no longer offers services for unaccompanied minors under the age of fourteen.
“Pink Sand Consultants offers escort services where we accompany children, young people, and young adults both to Bermuda and the United Kingdom. This service is crucial, as there have been instances where young travellers were left unsupervised because those responsible for their care failed to stay with them. The risk of exploitation and serious harm rises when young people travel without proper supervision, making this a noteworthy concern. Pink Sand Consultants possess prior professional experience facilitating international travel for this population.
“Pink Sand Consultant provides support and guidance to individuals in therapeutic environments or attending boarding schools, including traditional settings and football academies. The organization offers services aimed at helping university students adjust to life in the United Kingdom. Pink Sand Consultant also prepares home study reports, assists with custodial travel, and compiles reports for Family Court.
“All Pink Sand Consultants have up-to-date enhanced DBS Checks and over 20 years of combined experience in Children’s Social Care. Their team consists of professionals with backgrounds as Social Workers, Mediators, and Youth Mentors. Pink Sand Consultants also hold certifications in Therapeutic Support, Child and Adult Safeguarding, Trauma-Informed Care, SCARS, and First Aid/CPR.
