Two knives and a stolen scooter. Well done, take the rest of the month off.
stealing vehicles or riding stolen vehicles (and robbery of persons) needs to be treated as a more serious offence. Bikes cost thousands of dollars, it can affect your insurance premium, you may miss time at work, need to pay for alternate transport. Also the stress, fear, and anguish it causes victims. all of these things require recompense, and I dont believe thieves are requires to pay any recompense. criminals dont fear the punishments and the victims are made to suffer.
