Rosedon Hotel Opens Bagels & Brews
Rosedon Hotel has launched Bagels & Brews, a new “grab-and-go” location serving fresh bagels, specialty coffee, and luxury teas from Monday to Friday.
A spokesperson said, “Rosedon Hotel has added a fresh new flavour to its gardens with the opening of Bagels & Brews, a grab-and-go bagel and coffee shop now open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
“Nestled beside Clarabell’s in the front gardens of the hotel, Bagels & Brews serves up house-made bagels alongside world-class coffee from Devoción, a Colombian roaster known for its farm-fresh beans. Guests can also choose from a selection of luxury teas curated by Bird & Blend, offering something bright for both coffee devotees and tea lovers alike.”
Helen Souza, CEO and Founder of Exordium Limited, shared her early impressions: “I’m absolutely loving the new Bagels & Brew truck at the Rosedon Hotel! The staff are warm and friendly, and the bagels are freshly made and come with tasty toppings and a nice cup of joe. It’s great to grab and go, but equally as nice to sit in the garden and enjoy the surroundings.”
A spokesperson added, “This launch marks the fourth food & beverage concept under the Rosedon umbrella, continuing the hotel’s tradition of pairing hospitality with creativity. With Bagels & Brews, Rosedon invites locals and visitors alike to enjoy high-quality, handcrafted flavours in a casual, garden-side setting.
“Currently available exclusively for in-person ordering, Bagels & Brews gives Hamilton a new spot to grab breakfast or a mid-day pick-me-up—whether it’s a bagel sandwich on the way to the office or a quiet moment over tea in the garden.”
