Scottish football club Hibernian have praised Logan Jiménez for making his debut for the Bermuda national team against Curaçao at the Flora Duffy Stadium yesterday [November 13].

Bermuda lost 7-0 to Curaçao in their penultimate group B match of the final round of the Concacaf World Cup qualifiers.

Jiménez, who signed professional terms for Scottish Premiership side Hibernian last season, played the full match.

“Congratulations to Logan Jiménez who earned his first senior international call-up for Bermuda,” Hibernian posted on their social media.

“The 17-year-old played the full 90 minutes for Bermuda in their 2026 World Cup Concacaf match with Curaçao.”

A former Bermuda Under-17 captain, Jiménez played for Scottish Schools’ Under-18 in their home matches against English Schools’ Under-18 and Australia Schools Under-18 last term.

Jiménez, who can play in defence or attack, has experienced European football this campaign as part of Hibernian Under-19’s Uefa Youth League journey.
