Age Concern Shares Holiday Schedule
Age Concern Bermuda has extended heartfelt thanks to the community while announcing its 2025 year-end holiday schedule and service updates.
A spokesperson said, “As we approach the end of another year, Age Concern Bermuda would like to pause and extend our deepest gratitude to the community. Your support, trust, and partnership have been the foundation of our work. Every message, visit, renewal, and encouraging conversation has helped strengthen our mission and and reminded us why we remain committed to serving Bermuda’s older adults. Thank you for being an essential and deeply valued part of our year.
“We wish to advise the public of our upcoming holiday schedule. Our last working day for 2025 will be Friday, December 19th, 2025. Our offices, phone lines, and community membership desks will be closed from December 20, 2025 through January 11, 2026, reopening on Monday January 12, 2026. This period allows our team time to reset, reflect, and reconnect with loved ones so that we may return refreshed and prepared for the year ahead.
“During this closure, we want to reassure our members that our SOL Gas Campaign will continue to run uninterrupted. If you need to renew your membership to remain eligible for the gas discount, contact us before December 19th or you can quickly and easily renew online via our website [ageconcern.bm] at any time.
“As we reflect on 2025, we feel incredibly grateful for the shared progress, compassion, and resilience demonstrated by our community. While the holiday season is a time of joy for many, we also recognize that it can be difficult for those coping with the loss of loved ones or navigating significant life changes. We hold space in our hearts for those experiencing grief, and we celebrate with those welcoming new additions to their families. May everyone find comfort, connection, and moments of peace during this season. We are excited for what 2026 will bring and look forward to serving you in the new year.
