Two Vehicle Collision In Hamilton Parish
A collision involving a motorcar and a motorcycle occurred along South Road near the junction with Hexam Road in Hamilton Parish.
A police spokesperson said, “There has been a serious two vehicle road traffic collision involving a motorcar and a motorcycle along South Road near the junction with Hexam Road, Hamilton Parish.
“Details are limited at this time.
“However, reports are the male motorcycle rider sustained serious leg injuries.
“The roadway is currently closed to vehicular traffic while the collision scene is processed.
“Traffic Diversions are in place with west bound traffic being diverted onto Paynter’s Road at the junction with South Road.
“Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto South Road at the junction with Devil’s Hole Hill.”
