  1. PAC MAN says:

NEW LAMPS FOR OLD .Years ago we had more jobs than talented people to fill them .

Are they encouraging our young people 16 to 26 to pursue a music song and dance program?
by the way 26 is. not young, maturity starts at 21 , where is the incentive.

WE have got to put bait on the hook .

I would expect persons to establish them selves in some kind or form of a worth while endeavor. The issue here is buying and selling, and who is buying?

To day talent relates to an activity, development relates to capability and or ability.

Unfortunately we find people occupying jobs with out ability with others are waiting in line.

Labor cost have risen substantially to meet inflation and still beyond reality..

Business thinks twice before hiring blame that on the economy are we looking at the cart before the horse as the economy requires a shot in the arm being well below a reasonable standards.

Yet another set if empty promise as economic development requires people with as i have said ability and that is not happening and in reality long overdue .

The game is musical chairs with out additional seats being available.

Fact : those jobs are not there, Bermuda needs to think of it future as the past failures have long been gone .

    Want the bottom line ?
Where is the money coming from?
Hope does not pay the rent ?
Are we looking at yet another Pie in the Sky.?
    or
A swuimming pool with no water in it ?
