Bermuda Volleyball Launches Spring League
The Bermuda Volleyball Association has announced its BDA Spirits Spring League, with weekly matches to begin next month at Bernard’s Park.
The co-ed league will run on Mondays from 6pm to 8pm across nine playing dates: March 9, 16, 23 and 30; April 6, 13, 20 and 27; and May 4 and 11. Rain dates are set for Thursdays.
Organisers will offer three divisions catering to different ability levels.
The Recreational 6s division is open to players with minimal skill levels and will not allow A-rated players.
The Recreational 4s division is designed for medium-level players, permitting a maximum of one A-rated player per team, while the Competitive 4s division targets advanced players.
Registration costs $450 per team. Sign-ups close on March 1 on a first-come, first-served basis.
Players may also register individually, with organisers aiming to place them on suitable teams.
